KILN docs
These pages are generated from the files that ship with KILN, so they always match the release. The same text is what your agent reads: the skill installs it into your repo, and the MCP server serves it askiln://workflow and kiln://reference.
- Workflow: how an agent sets up a game's 3D art, picks or makes a style, makes, rigs and animates a model, and builds it.
- Notation reference: shapes, parts, patterns, decals, rigs, animations, styles,
kiln.toml, commands, lint rules, build output. - Changelog: every release.
Five-minute start
pip install "kiln @ git+https://github.com/lukasgolino/KILN"
kiln init my-art --style soft_toy
cd my-art
kiln new model pilot --template bean
kiln lint && kiln preview pilot # previews/pilot/turntable.png
kiln build # build/models/pilot.glb + manifest.jsonSister libraries
PAGAN does the same for pixel art (sprites, tiles, icons, UI) andSEGAN for game audio. A 3D game usually wants all three.
